The first ever AGM (Annual General Meeting) of AN-BUG was held on the 24th of November, 2005 at The Bakery Café, Sundhara at 5:30 pm.
AGENDA
- The report of Adhoc Committee by the President, Mr. Gopal S. L. Kashapati.
- Audited Balance Sheet for the Fiscal Year 2061/62.
- Plan of action and Budget for the following Fiscal Year.
- To appoint the Auditor for the year 2062/63 and fixation of remuneration.
- Amendment of Constitution and other rules and regulations (if any) of the Association.
- Election of the Executive committee as per Sec 13 (1) of the By Laws of the Association.
